Completion of this term’s work.
個展のDMより

来週末から始まる個展の作品を作り終えた。
搬入直前まで（もしくは開場してからも）作業が続くのでは…？と、遠い目になる瞬間もあったので、手がけたものが完成したのでホッとした。
（ラフデザインで終わっているものがあるけど、それは愛知会場までに完成させたい）

展示予定の一部をご紹介。

出来上がった作品を並べて見たときに「なんとなく作品の雰囲気が揃ってきたな」と思った。
「変わった（個性的な）形」「見たことなさそうな形」にとらわれ過ぎていたのかもしれない。

今回はディスプレイも同時並行で準備していた。
毎回悩ませられるけど、各会場とも３回目となるから、なんとなく目星はついていて什器の選択が結構早くなった。
試行錯誤はもちろんだけど、それでも回を重ねるというのは大きいなと思った。

あとは告知とパーツ類の準備と荷造り。
当日、お越しくださった方々に楽しんでいただけるようにもう少し頑張ります。

I have finished making the works for my solo exhibition that starts next weekend.
There was a distant moment when I wondered if the work would continue until just before the exhibition moved in (or even after it opened)…？
There was a moment when I had a distant look in my eyes, so I was relieved to see that I had completed my work.
(There are still some rough designs, but I hope to have them completed by the time the exhibition opens in Aichi.)

When I looked at the finished works side by side, I thought, “The atmosphere of the works is somehow coming together.
Perhaps I was too caught up in “unusual (unique) shapes” and “shapes that I have never seen before.

This time, I was preparing the display at the same time.
I am always troubled by this, but since this was my third time at each venue, I had a pretty good idea of what to expect, and I was able to select fixtures fairly quickly.
Of course there is a lot of trial and error, but I still think it’s important to do it again and again.

The rest was just preparing and packing up the notices and parts.
I will do our best to make sure that those who come on the day of the event will enjoy the event.
